Cara Flynn is an inspirational person who we were honored to be able to interview and get her input on what it means to look within. She is a hard working women who has experience in many different fields. She is a mother, mentor, and inspiration to women (and everyone else) all over the world. She is an owner at Benders Studio, and an instructor at Catalyst Strength. She is from Creston, Iowa , and now lives in Iowa City. Now she owns four horses and has a daughter that shares this passion with her. She overcomes fears and is constantly working to better herself and the people around her in any way that she can.
